Rain inconsistent billing
What the hell is happening with rain billing?guys I am tired of this, my subscription is suspended,I am supposed to pay my rain bill on the 25th ,I called to change to the 1st it's not yet the 25th my subscription is suspended already how ?why

Please kindly note that the account has an outstanding amount of R299.50, to have your services fully restored please settle the amount. The payment date was changed to the requested as per ***5.
Your service plan is postpaid, meaning on your chosen payment date you are paying for the previous month's service invoice. With the date changed to the 1st, that has now made your March invoice past due, as the 1st of April has passed.

21 Apr 2024, 10:54I have asked the lady to leave my pay date as it is ,because this billing I do not understand it ,I was paying on the 25th with no outstanding, if changing will cause me to double pay I told the girl to leave it as it is ,than disturbing my subscription stopping it and because I need to make 2 payments, i just paid r299 yesterday, why then did I pay that for it to be suspended again with in like 12 hours ?
