Rain *********** to solve clients problems and to communicate

I will not recommend rain to anyone, I'm still waiting for my rooter to be delivered for a week now, everytime I phone them to hear what the issue is they thust tell me it's their logistic and that they are escalating the issue..and they Will phone me back to let me know what's going on but nobody is phoning me back....they also can't apparently phone their logistics department or get me in touch with them. They can only email them and that's not helping. They are supposed to deliver the rooter with in 5 working days after you paid them... But it's seems that they are *********** to do their job because nobody can apparently solve the problem. I told them I'm going to phone level 7 for internet.and who ever delivers first will have me as a client... I don't like to struggle with a company that doesn't know how to solve a small problem... I
