RAIN *********** once again

Rain has to be the most *********** network i have worked with. I tended in my cancellation end of November and was assured after having several back and forths where the sim card had not been working. There is so much inconsistency - just when i thought i was done with them - they go ahead and debit my account. Whenever there is an escalation - suddenly the managers are in meetings. Tess is the said manager and i have been on hold for over 20min. This is ridiculous and needless to say i would not consider coming back as a client after the endless headaches i have experienced with you guys
