Rain *********** and TERRIBLE service!!

Rain *********** and don't value customers. Bought a sim card last week and was delivered Friday. Sim card is not working, keeps saying no service, emergency calls only. I called rain Saturday, on the 7th of August to report issue. 3 days later, nothing have been done, i called them again this morning and still the sim card does not work. Im very disappointed in their terrible service!!
