Rain Incompetence

And so the saga continues. Rains response to my last post was that they had sent me an email. They had, and guess what nothing, Give Zahir from Rain his due, he has tried to assist, but have had no response from him after 7/10/21. Amazing how quickly Rain deducts the money from your account every month without fail. What is more amazing is the total lack of trying to get their systems working efficiently, which in turn would generate more income, that obviously requires too much effort. The system is so pathetic that I cant even download updates on any of the smart phones. WELL DONE RAIN, YOU ARE REALLY SHOWING YOUR INCOMPETENCE!!!!! So then, why doesn't ICASA step in and shut them down???
