RAIN Incompetence
The worst service provider around. Do not call for assistance as this will take you anything from 15 to 25 minutes before someone takes your call. THEN this person sounds if they are asleep and you know this is not going anywhere. After you have explained your query the person says let me check and then place phone and you will not hear from them again. I informed RAIN to cancel account (REF NO: ***0) on 29 December 2023 of which I received notification and acceptance off query. I then made a follow-up on 4 & 8 January 2024 (REF no: ***2) I have been billed for the 4 months trying to get this cancelled. Not my fault but incompetence of RAIN as a service provider.

03 Apr 2024, 13:45I have selected call back options but to date no call from RAIN. For persons just to put phone down is ridiculous - they could rather end the call. RAIN has to collect their device by 7 April 2024 and refund 4 months by 6 April 2024.

The refund a.ount is incorrectly calculated.
The amount should be R2116.
Payment is required immediatel as RAIN deducted the amounts immediately each month. Then we have bank charges and traveling to hand in the device at your offices. RAIN were informed of termination in advance and reminded of this. It is not my fault. THE CLIENT that took 4 months to collect after being informed of termination.

I really do not understand that if I pay an account it reflects in account within 24 hours BUT if I make appointment immediate then it is available immediately. I do not see why it takes 7 to 10 working days.

According to your agents we pay in advance, therefore refund based on 4 months. Also need to be refunded interests lost and traveling to your offices as you made a fault not me the client.

I still disagree with amount that will be refunded.
You have not added any amount for the travel arrangements I had to make to have your devise delivered to you as you could not collect over 3 months. I have given you 3 opportunities to collect which you failed and then I had to deliver to you.
You further declined to pay any interest or bank charges for your mistake.
