rain incompetence
hello peter I have been trying to get hold of rain to come help me fix my rain router that has been giving me issues for for past 7 days now I have not been able to work because I work from home and I depend on their internet to work. They are not helping me and they are not giving me solution I want then to come fix my router for me please I am asking for assistant from you.

15 Apr 2024, 10:45rain you guys are full of jokes I talked to one agent this morning telling me they are going to change my sim on the router that i must wait for 3 to 5 days for sim swap after I have waited for you guys for 7 days without internet ??? i was told again to wait rain you are a joke and also rain get your things in other because all your agents are saying different things for me on the phone confusing me if technical is coming or not to fix this internet of yours. I WANT MY INTERNET FIXED TODAY.

16 Apr 2024, 12:12 called the technician who was supposed to be here . He is telling me he is no longer coming this side he will try and call the technician who suppose to come this side .
And mind you I didn’t even get a mere call for this change of plans from him I am the one calling to ask what is happening??? I am tired
