Rain Incompetence

Absolutely Poor and Pathetic service from Rain customer support. You can log a fault, you get a response email that you will be contacted within 24Hrs, Unfortunately they didn't stipulate what year. The other problem is that if they do contact you, they tell you to align your router correctly, WOW rocket science, the router has been working without any problems in the same position all along, now suddenly you need to realign your router!!!!!! So who moved the tower?????????? otherwise why must you keep realigning your router. Only one contact number, only one email address. No chance to speak to anybody in authority, as they are always in meetings or not there. Either them messages are not pass on to the relevant authority, or it is to much of an issue for them to call back. Could this be because they know that their systems and employees are ***********????????????
