Rain incompetence 100%

If I could go ahead without giving Rain 1 star I would be happy. Never even think about considering them In November 2021 I app**** for Rain 5G device and paid upfront, It was explained to me that I can cancel at any time and the device will be collected and no debit orders will go of my account. What a bunch of lies. I cancelled the unit end of February 2022 for March, but still my account was debited in April, just to phone them and they assured me that the unit was cancelled. No refund from my bank of cause, and had to cancel my card just to stop Rain from debit because payment is linked to a debit card. Continuous messages received that I owe them money, the lady from the cancellation/creditors department contacted me on 26 July 2022 to inquire on what the problem was, I confirmed the cancellation and the unit needed to be collected. She assured me that the overdue amount would be credited and Ram courier will pick up the device. 28 July Ram courier collected the unit with #COL***5. 12 August 2022 the same lady phoned me and asked what the issue was and I had to remind her of the previous conversation of collection and credit. To my Suprise on 18 October 2023 (MORE THAN 1 YEAR LATER) I receive a message that they have handed me over to NuDebt for bad debt collection. What is wrong with Rain, the incompetence is beyond believe. Don't ever consider Rain as service provider
