Rain in peak and off peak speeds

Rain has recently starter to throttle its customer's internet usage. Example: during off peak hours my 5G Premium package measure minimum 200MB's download speed and at least 90MB upload speed howeve in peak hours we barely get 5MB per second download speed and 0.5mb upload speed.

They will not admit it and will say things like you have to move the router, regardless of the fact that our router stays in the same position all the time you will get the above mentioned results in peak and off peak hours. I want to know where we csn report this as it is down right *****ulent and ********* as we pay for the service.

I am sure there are many many other customers experiencing the same issue who may or may not have noticed.

I would also like to add that this happens on clear weather days so it is not weather affecting it. I am really considering changing service providers.
