RAIN IN CONTRAVENTION OF THE CPA BY REFUSING TO CANCEL A CONTRACT

Rain is forcing me stay on contract that I no longer need by refusing to cancel my subscription due to the amounts outstanding. I have been with rain since 2020 and it is common practice with Rain that when there are no payments for the subscriptions, the service is suspended until payment is made. However Rain want to bill me for 3 months subscriptions, why do I get billed for a service that is not rendered? I have been trying to cancel the contract but have been told that I am unable to do so because of these outstanding invoices. Therefore essentially Rain wants to force me to incur more debt and obviously without any services??? Rain is infringing on my rights to cancel their fixed-term contracts by applying these unsavory measures to coerce and pressure consumers.
