Rain improved customer service

I have received a prompt reply from rain who adjusted the amount due for payment to R479 as should be the case. They have corrected this mistake and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of efficiency this time. I would like to rate the support given to me by Neilan Harris to 5 Stars.
