Rain I'm so angry with this kind of service

I am really angry with the service i am receiving...i took one of your plan and money was debited from my account now im stuck with no home wifi and the contact the courier they said they have not received my package...I'm supposed to work from home and now i must be inconveniensed beause i have to travel to work...please i need my package or money back...my order number ***
