Rain *******ly Deducts Money from My Bank Account

I cancelled my Rain sim card in February before the month ended. I cancelled because of the poor connection which could not even be fixed by technicians. In the beginning of March 2021, Rain decides to deduct money from my bank account and when I call I am told to wait. Can I please get my money because in March the sim card was cancelled.
