RAIN - I'll Be Honest....

RAIN just gets me.... It's one thing for a company or service provider to give you a decent experience. It's another thing altogether for one to give you that great experience without even realizing that it's there working for you in the background. SEAMLESS is the word and RAIN absolutely crushes seamlessly, great customer experience. Of course, this review is subjective to my own personal experience with them, but I will say that as someone who's worked in the customer experience industry for a number of years- I am extremely happy to share that Rain does it damn good. They gave me what I wanted, before I wanted or expected it and they've been very proactive in their support. This is what a narraowly focused, niched, and specialized business should be about. Thanks Rain, for being a complete sanity saviour in a world full of awful service. #rainftw
