RAIN IGNORES CANCELLATION PROCESS.Although I have have follwed and repeated cancellation process several times via calls and email, billing continues and no one responds to effect cancellation. *** & ***. Cancelled only because Rain doesnt work at my new address and also nobody responded to the escalation requsst by Rain staff to tech team to see if connectivity could be reached.
