RAIN IGNORE THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE A STOP STREET AND TAKE THEIR DATA!!!

I have a monthly prepaid package of 4 GB with Rain. I used my device once in September and my entire 4GB is gone. I feel that this is impossible. I have sent an email to Rain support and also to the Rain CEO (both Willem and Brandon), but Rain ignore their customers and couldn't be bothered to respond
