Rain i want my money back😡
I had a month to month contract with rain while it was still R287 n that was years ago i think it was in 2020 it didn’t even last 2 months because i had no coverage and the debited my account yesterday its been years since i last used their sim card, i actually thew it away cz as i had no use for it anymore and they took my money. I want my money back i cant even reverse it because it doesnt show as a debit on my account. Im tired of them i even had to change my account details because of them. Im tired i want my money back.

How can you bill me for something i havent used for years? I stopped using your sim card years ago i didnt use your services for a month cz i had no coverage.
