Rain I am very disappointed
I called rain on Monday telling them that my WIFI is no longer switching on and I am using the WIFI daily for my job because I work remotely they said they will come back to me but they didn’t

They said they will call me back yesterday to update me but they didn’t I called Rain yesterday wanting to find out if I can get a replacement and when? And the lady by the name of Michelle was so rude to me when I told her I want to leave rain she told me I can leave it if I wish to
