Rain... I am GATVOL!!!

If I could give no stars, I would! Ek is nou regtig GATVOL!!! It's been 8 days without any internet connection. After NUMEROUS emails to Rain's support team, I've received ONE response to date. In this response, I was asked whether I had tried a certain method to connect, which mind you, I had already mentioned in my very first email to Rain, I had already done!! After sending COUNTLESS emails since, practically begging for help, because as mentioned to them, I have to work from home, I still have not heard a peep from them. What angers me more is, we're approaching our debit order date and I am positive that the full amount will be deducted! To say that I am utterly disgusted in the service, or rather, lack of service, received from Rain, would be putting it mildly! I would definitely NOT recommend Rain to anyone, not even to my worst enemy!! Shame on you Rain!
