Rain I am disappointed in your customer services

I'm very disappointed with rain internet service provider, used to love it, I have logged a call with with the service provider and they promised that they will resolve the issue within 4 days , still nothing it's been two weeks now still no response. I have always considered myself their loyal customers, it is quite disappointing not being treated as such. Needless to say that I once had an issue before, it also took forever to resolve. I'm not happy.
