Rain, how pathetic

I stopped my payment in December 2022 which should've meant that my service should've been stopped. But over the past two days, almost R2500 has been deducted out of my account so how is it possible and the bank can also not reverse it as it is not debit orders but an automated deduction service, after I have been made to believe that they are not providing a prepaid service so if you don't pay, your service is stopped. What ******** con business is going on here? You have literally taken food off my family's table.
