RAIN - HORRIFIC - do not care about clients after you take on their services !!!

I have cancelled the service on the Rain website as per their instructions on the 27th Feb 2021. No one from Rain has contacted me to collect the router. They promised to collect the device last week, and still no one has collected it. You cannot get through to their support or call centres. Their sales department answers calls very quickly, but cannot help and refuse to provide an email address or phone number for their CEO. Terrible service. I am glad not to use their service any longer !
