RAIN HORRIBLE NETWORK AND SERVICE!!

I've had Rain since 2021. I've had many issues bit when I call they would be resolved to some extent. HOWEVER the past 2 weeks I gave received the WORST service. My network has been terrible and I've called 4 times. Everytime they say they'll escalate it to another department but they never do. They always say "so sorry" and never fix it. Something is off with Rain
