Rain horrible internet connection.
I'm so disgusted by rain internet connection. I've been using your router since 2022 with 5G & 2G connection. I've never missed a single payment yet for the past 3 months your connection has been so horrible with a 2G that doesn't last 30 minutes without switching off. I get so frustrated to even watch tv as I use your internet to stream. I've tried calling you & uses your app to report this matter but still no luck. I can't be paying for such a horrible service please, this is very disgusting to say the least.

I received a call from Indiphile on Sunday and she assisted me even though she didn't mention that your connection is 2G for tv. The lady who called on monday explained this to me which was new to my ears. The connection has been stable since Sunday night & to my surprise it has started to be unstable again since yesterday. Please fix this rain PLEASE. This is really frustrating.
