Rain, horrible and ***********.

So we upgraded to the premium plan, R999.00, from the R699.00 plan, that was working 100%, we have been sitting without internet for more than 4 days now, after talking to numerous support staff that promise they will contact us, nothing has changed. I have never experienced such a team of incompetence, I can see where this company is headed.
