RAIN HOME WIFI/ROUTER

i purchased a new router that was on promotion for one month , non payment in april , pay day came they debited my account for both routers , i queried that , advisining them that i called begining of april after my second router arived to cancel the 1st one and fetch it , they didnt , after much calls and houding them , they refunded me , its now end of may , they debited my account 1600.00 for both routers again , they still havnt fetched the first router which they should've cancelled and deactivated ...im LIVID

refund was not received, the only refund that was received, was for April which was also due to me, my account was debited now again on the 27 May twice for 1516.00, please explain this ....Rain is bull****ting me ,

My refund still has not been attended to after numerous calls , emails and whatsapps to RAIN , their service is not up to scratch anymore , i urge everyone against using their services
