Rain home 5G Failure

Subscribed for the home premium 5G after confirming coverage on their website. I have no reception on 5G and are running at 3.79 download and 5.78 upload speeds. It's running at 0.01895% off the promissed speeds. No telephone call centre(because of covid 19) At R999.00 I should be charged R18.93.(R999 x 0.1895%)
