Rain Hidden T&C's

2 years ago I was with rain, I joined because I knew there was no contract agreement and would cancel anytime, well that was the advert. However now I was contact by the lawyers saying I owe an amount of R1039, for service. I was really shocked by this and no one from rain sent communication to say I should cancel or else I will incur fees. I cannot pay for something I do not know, this is frustrating honestly and require this to be sorted out. During that time there was no call center to voice out concerns or even ask how certain processes are done. But now there is a call center. I find this totally unfair as a previous rain customer, I since moved from that apartment and I had lost the sim card and the phone I used to hotspot to stopped working. I found it extremely hard to communicate to the company hence I just decided not to use rain anymore as rain couldn't work in the town I moved to. Kindly sort out this and cancel this, I wont be paying for a service that I never even used. It's been 2years!!! Please!
