Rain help desk stinks

Rain does not get back to you when you struggle with Rica .They ask you pay and than Rica however when you Rica it says it takes 15mnts in actual fact it takes hours and hours and if you go to their support desk you dnt get feed back .It's such a shame .

*** or *** it has been 3 days now the money has been deducted and up untill now I have not gotten anywhere .I've been calling every day with no response my airtime that I'm not gonna be reimbursed for having to buy data every day to check if it's done with the Rica process please call on *** as my husband's phone is faulty

Please assist me with this we only recently bought this property nd has not been registered yet can we use the old rates paper as all the other bills nd stuff shows our old address
