Rain have no interest in ensuring that their clients have uninterrupted WIFI coverage during loadshedding

we have been using Rain 5G for quite a while now and have been happy with the network, however with load shedding all the towers in our area are on one block, when I asked today how we can overcome our lack of connectivity during Block 14 load shedding I was told we have to wait for them to upgrade their network. They have no interest in our complaint and they don't think its poor customer service. Well done Rain, you have just caused a reasonably happy customer into a becoming a dissatisfied customer who is now looking for an alternative to Rain. Congratulations well done, great understanding of customer service.
