Rain hasn’t communicated anything regarding my refund

Rain hasn’t communicated anything regarding my refund. I think it’s very selfish of a service provider to actually disappear and not communicate. I’d like to find the progress of my refund. Rain couriers is coming to collect the router and I still haven’t heard or received any information about my refund. A Lady Called Tashlyn promised to send the proof of payment once the payment has been processed, and payment will reflect in 7 to 10 days. We spoke on the 2nd July 2025, it’s the 8th July 2025 today and still no update from Rain. I did say this is a matter of urgency,I am a full time Psychology Honours student and I need my refund to find a trustworthy service provider. I cannot stay without Data for this long, it’s a drastic inconvenience for my academic career and assignments. I don’t think Rain understands the damage it’s causing to my academic progress. It’s not reasonable enough for me to apply for assignment extensions because of Rain to my university lectures.
