Rain has worst support and service amongst ISPs

I am subscribed to the 5G option and the best speeds I get are at most 8MB. I have logged calls and Casey-G (28-05-20202) & David Tsoke (05-07-2020)tried to assist and then stopped before the issue was resolved. My business is being affected and I can’t get hold of anyone at Rain. Extremely poor service and they are advertising incorrectly about their offerings.
