Rain has worst network honestly always issues occurring.

We haven’t had connection since yesterday, contacted the support team and was told I would be contacted soon as possible. Still no feedback and the consultant I spoke to didn’t know what might be the issue. We tried using the two extra sims that came with the router and they are working fine. The issue is the main Sim as it’s been complaining about NETWORK!!!!! We need assistance!!!!!!! Our neighbors that are using RAIN ARE ALSO EXPERIENCING THE ISSUE AND HAVE LOGGED CALLS. Is the issue going to be resolved or are we just ****ed, honestly rain has to be the worst connection. And the consultant do not get back to us about the issue or they just don’t know what the issue is!!!!! Case no. #***0
