Rain has worst ever customer support service
Rain customer service is the worst ever, I have contacted them regarding my account, which was debited with R250 on 1 March 2021 yet on 8 March 2021 my internet was cut off and on the Rain app, it says I haven't made any payments. I contacted them and they said I should send my proof of payment, I did send it through email, yet I still can't get hold of them since, am waiting for feedback and my internet is still cut off.
