Rain has very poor customer service

Very poor service waiting for replies since 30/07/2020 yet no feedback in the meantime I can't pay my account due to issues on rain site, online chats with support is completely gone and speeds are so slow its almost unusable. As I were writing this review I managed to get the payment done but only on the desktop version. Hope they will sort out speed and start communicating with their clients!
