Rain has the worst service ever

The worst service ever. My router hasn't been working for the past 2 weeks, called rain for a new router and they confirmed that delivery should take 3 to 5 days. Today is day 8 of no delivery. I call every day and they answer after 20 minutes and when they do their consultants are rude and clueless about what they are doing. I think its time I look for another service provider
