RAIN HAS THE WORST SERVICE EVER

I paid the initial start up, technicians discovered my area actually has no coverage, took the devise back 27 February already. i have still not received my refund and they have contiually debited my account for the monthly fees. yet i have cancelled. no one returns my calls, no one returns my emails, no refund on any of the fees. cant get a word with the CEO. cant get customer support to answer or message me back. exceptionally bad service received and still continue to receive NO SERVICE. I have tried everything to get answers, so now we are heading to social media.
