Rain has the worst service

Rain has the worst service, I've complained more than once about their network, i even complained on hello peter but i keep receiving the same email saying someone will contact me and a reference number but no one ever contacts me. All they do is try to debit me every morning but i don't have internet. I'm also struggling to cancel since they hang up when I call them and they don't call back
