Rain has the worst service

Rain has the worst service, the only time they assist clients is when they start complaining on social media. I complained on hello peter with regards to network that is sorted but now I have a problem with the technician Vusi that said he will come back the next day on the 7th of May to sort out the wiring till today I am waiting and it is the 14th.
