RAIN has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Rain has ,some good products but YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST... I made a payment on 21 August 2025, but some how that has nit. reflected on my subscription or promised to pay which meant i had to pay again and its 5 September no one has called or contacted me in way or form.... I have called you almost every day and everytime I'm told its being escalated to the finance department. I have have sent proof of pay to the documents upload email and still nothing.
