Rain has the worst customer service ever

I bought a sim for unlimited internet from Rain. I also paid for the package. R479.00. I have been having problems rica'ing the Sim for 2 days now. There is no way to contact them telephonically. I have send numerous emails. They send the automated reply that a consultant will contact me. And still nobody contacts me back. So now I paid for a service I cannot use and I cannot take it up with the company. I feel this ìs terrible customer service.
