Rain has the worst customer service.

I received my rain router in December after the website showing that there was coverage in my area. This service has not worked at all since I received it. They take the money from your account every month. I have sent countless messages on their website and received no technical support. I phoned their call center and requested a refund and asked them to fetch the router. The lady told me that someone will contact within the week to arrange pick up. Needless to say, no one has contacted me and I don’t expect to receive a refund. It’s absolutely appalling how they take people’s money and give no feedback.
