RAIN HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Rain is really terrible, i am a paying customer i requested a sim swop more than four months ago and i am still waiting for my new sim, i call and send emails and just get ignored, every consultant promises they will have my sim sent but nothing happens yet i am paying for data for two sims, ridiculous and terrible service, i wont recommend to any person and i will continue to tell people of their terrible customer service
