Rain has the worst 5G network and service
Rain is the worst provider ever for 5G. I am planning on cancelling my contract this is ridiculous. I've had my modem replaced and many technicians coming to check my modem. The same thing happens over and over. My modem is connected but with no internet!!! I am so sick and tired of this BS, if I could give give them less than 1 star I would. My business is suffering and Rain just keep on apologizing but nothing changes!!!

06 Nov 2022, 14:04Good day, I was really hoping that my issue would be sorted out but yet again we are without internet since yesterday. I just called Rain to be told that on the system it says my internet will only be activated end of November. How is that even possible?
