Rain has the almost worst service ever ....

Rain has the worst service ever ...their agents keep you holding on the line until the line drops on you and they take so long to be transferred to an agent when you call back ... Paid in the morning and was debited an hour later And no Agent is able to explain the double billing they would rather keep you holding on the line until it hangs up .
