Rain has terrible service

I canceled my 4G unlimited Wi-Fi with them back in May, they billed me in June and I paid but now they want to pay again. I have a 5G with them which I currently can’t use since they want me to pay for the 4G as well. I’ve been waiting for someone to get back to me since the 25th and I can’t even get through to them when I call. This is bull****
