Rain has terrible customer service and terrible network.

Poor customer service and network, no internet for 2 days and I have been waiting for help for way over an hour after speaking to the agents. I got back to the agents and I was told to wait again. I asked to escalate the matter and I was told I'll be refered to a manager and i must wait, no manager has contacted me.
