Rain has taken my money R699 with no internet connection since September 2021 they told me that the tower which was connected to my router is far and i dont have 5g coverage in my area of which at the time i did an application all that was never showered that there is no 5g coverage i requested them to do an immediate cancellation again they took R699 on 1stOctober i called in spoke to Honey their consultant which she failed to resolve the matter after talking to more that 6 consultant from their department one of them is Refilwe who was rude and arrogant she even drop off the call while i was talking to her i need my money back R1400 in total
