Rain has some of the worst customer service ever

Yo, I dont know where to begin. I dont know for how long now i've been having problems with my router. My router restarts itself 10 to 30 times a day. I have logged calls, called Rain, nothing works. What's worse is that they ignore my support tickets that i have logged using their system. Its frustrating because im working from home and i keep disconnection from work systems because of it.
